Welcome to Birth Resources set up by Helen and Denise who are both Midwives and Childbirth Educators.

Birth Resources is about seeking, sharing and receiving pregnancy, birth and parenting information and support.

Our aim is to provide relevant information to parents-to-be and new parents.

We run Childbirth Education Classes in Wellington, New Zealand.

The workbook is designed to encourage journaling and thoughts around pregnancy, birth and parenting.

We wish to present a package to any health professional that provides childbirth education.
